The Eastern Ontario and the Outaouais Bridge Association (EOOBA), alternatively known as Unit 192 of the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) is a separate incorporated legal entity that interacts with the ACBL to promote duplicate bridge throughout the geographical area that presently includes:

a) that part of the Province of Ontario consisting of the Counties of Renfrew, Lennox and Addington, Frontenac, Leeds, Lanark, Grenville, Dundas, Stormont, Russell, Prescott and Glengarry, and the City of Ottawa; and

b) that part of the Province of Quebec described in the ACBL Charter.

As such, the EOOBA is governed by a set of  By-laws administered by a Board of Directors with assistance from its Executive. The Board holds regular meetings including an Annual General Meeting and has, over the years, established a number of Subsidy Policy’s affecting its membership.
